Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Families

At NestWell Nanny Agency, we understand that plans can change. We strive to maintain a fair, transparent, and respectful refund process for all families.
Application & Onboarding Fees
All application and onboarding fees are non-refundable.
Background check fees are also non-refundable, as these services are processed immediately through third-party providers.
Ongoing Service Payments
Within 24 Hours of Payment:
A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.
Within 7 Days of Payment:
A 70% refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
After 14 Days:
Refunds are generally not issued after 14 days. However, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a partial refund may be appropriate.

Online Courses & Additional Services:
Within 24 Hours of Purchase: A 100% refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 Hours: Refunds are generally not issued. However, in special circumstances, partial refunds may be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of NestWell Nanny Agency.
Background Checks
All background check payments are strictly non-refundable, as they are processed immediately through third-party providers.
