Because NestWell provides both online and in-person services, certain information may remain restricted until the appropriate stage of enrollment, placement, consent, or scheduling has been completed.
For in-home programs, private placements, and other protected services, exact addresses, entry instructions, and other sensitive details may not be disclosed until enrollment has been completed and the service or placement has been confirmed.
Additional information may be provided closer to the scheduled start date when necessary. This may include an exact address, entry instructions, teacher or caregiver names, start-time instructions, or other information relevant to the service.
Personal information—including names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, references, and other identifying information—will generally not be disclosed before the appropriate stage of the process has been reached and the necessary consent has been obtained.
For nanny, babysitter, mother's helper, household manager, housekeeper, doula, postpartum doula, and similar placements, candidate information will generally not be released to a family until the required intake process has been completed and an interview or trial has been scheduled and mutually confirmed.
Likewise, family information will generally not be released to a candidate until an interview or trial has been confirmed by both parties.
Certain private, enhanced-disclosure, online, or in-person services may have additional confidentiality and information-sharing requirements.
4. THIRD-PARTY TRACKING APPLICATIONS
Some families participating in in-home programs may request that a candidate use a third-party tracking or location-sharing application, such as Life360, during the engagement.
NestWell Nanny Agency is not a party to and does not control any third-party tracking application. NestWell does not guarantee the privacy, security, availability, or practices of third-party applications.
Families and candidates who choose to use such services are responsible for reviewing the applicable third party's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information NestWell holds about you, including:
Right to Access and Portability: You may request access to your personal information and, where applicable, request that certain information be provided in a transferable format.
