Once your intake form is completed and your Search Activation Fee has been processed, our team will begin sourcing and matching qualified professionals for your family.
Our Vetting Process
Every professional presented to a NestWell family must complete our comprehensive screening process before being considered for placement.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Safety Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Enhanced Background Screening: Comprehensive background check
Professional Assessment: Completion of our 70-question professional matching assessment
Reference Verification: Phone and video interviews with professional references, along with formal reference verification
Search Activation Fee
A one-time Search Activation Fee is required to begin the sourcing, screening, and matching process.
Price: $195.00
The activation fee covers the recruitment and vetting work performed specifically for your family, including candidate sourcing, review, interviewing, and professional verification.

Satisfaction & Refund Policy
The Search Activation Fee is non-refundable once the family intake form has been completed and submitted, as recruitment and sourcing activities begin immediately upon receipt of the intake.
If NestWell is unable to identify a suitable candidate after a full and completed search, your case may be reviewed for a partial refund of up to 85% of the activation fee.
For scheduled services, 7+ days' notice generally does not result in an additional cancellation payment. With less than 7 days' notice, a cancellation fee of approximately 3 days of scheduled pay will apply.
Any refund consideration is handled strictly on a case-by-case basis and is subject to a review of the search history, candidate sourcing activity, recruitment efforts, and other relevant circumstances. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Payment

Refund Policy
You have 24 hours from payment to cancel for a full refund.
After 24 hours, the activation fee is non-refundable because recruitment and sourcing activities have begun. If your needs change significantly or NestWell is unable to find a suitable match after a completed search, your case may be reviewed for a full or partial refund of up to 85%, based on the stage of the search and recruitment activity. Refunds after the 24-hour period are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Caregiver Cancellation

Candidate Turnaround
Your Top 10 matched candidates will typically be presented within 24–48 hours. In some cases, depending on your specific requirements and candidate availability, matching may take up to 72 hours.
